Nutrition Consultations: we clarify your unique health goals and work with food as medicine and incorporate lifestyle shifts in service of your healing and health goals. Lizzy specializes in hormonal rebalancing, gut healing, autoimmune condition support, and holistic perinatal support.

Energy Medicine: Lizzy connects with your energetic body as well as team/guides to channel what is in your highest alignment for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony and healing. This is a powerful modality for getting clarity on root causes of challenges and inspiration for your soul’s purpose.

Virtual Doula Support: Supporting women along their journey into motherhood, with a focus on mindfulness around fertility, pregnancy & postpartum.
